What was involved?
The first job that Peter did for me was to build a porch at the front of the house. That turned out so nicely that I also had him renovate a bathroom for me. Everything was taken out including the tiles and was completely redone, I love it! Later on when Peter was next door putting in a door for my neighbour, I asked him if he could put in four new windows for me, he said of course and got it done. I feel like I have a builder for all occasions now.

How did you choose Swords Building Contractors Ltd?
A friend of mine who had used Peter before recommended him to me. I had contacted other builders to get prices but their prices didn't suit me. Not only did I like Peter, his prices were better than any of the others.

Had you definite ideas in mind before you talked to Peter Ashmore?
I knew exactly what I wanted and I asked Peter if he could do it and he said "no problem".

How did the project run?
Brilliant and the workmanship was absolutely perfect. Peter was here every morning on the dot, did his work without any messing around and left the place spotless every day before going home. One night it was getting late and Peter was getting ready to do the final hoover and I said several times that I would do it but he insisted. Peter was great and I'm very happy with how everything turned out.

What was the biggest benefit to you of using Swords Building Contractors Ltd?
The biggest benefit was that the work turned out even better than I had expected. That was a nice surprise!

What's your favourite part now?
I would have to say it's the porch because I've always wanted one. The new bathroom is very nice as well.
