September 2015.

What was involved?
We extended the kitchen by knocking the existing garage and extending into that space. Swords Building Contractors did all the work inside and out.

How did you choose Swords Building Contractors?
We found Swords on pickapro.ie and we went with them because we got a good feeling from Peter.

Had you definite ideas in mind before you talked to Peter Ashmore?
It was a fairly standard build - we weren't extending so much as building into the existing garage space so it was fairly clear what would have to be done.

Did Peter introduce new ideas?
He did yes. We were going for a flat roof and Peter suggested that a pitched Apex roof would look better and add space. He was right - it's added so much more space to the room.

How did the project run?
Top notch. There were no problems. The team were extremely reliable.

What was the biggest benefit to you of using Swords Building Contractors?
It was Peter's rapid response to any queries. Anything that we requested, it was done by the next day. Peter would be straight back with a response to any question. He was spot on.

Would you recommend Swords Building Contractors to others?
Yes. I have done and he's now working on another project now based on my recommendation.

Any tips for other people?
I suppose, just to price around.
