Welcome to Swords Building Contractors. As you'll see, we build extensions, renovations and make alterations for domestic and commercial customers. We are very proud of the quality of our work and would also be delighted to arrange for you to speak to our previous customers and to view previous work that has been carried out by Swords Building Contractors.

Our philosophy is that you're paying for a service. It's my responsibility to provide that service, eliminating the hassle for you as much as possible. That means:

I understand the inconvenience of having builders in your house so my aim is always to work efficiently and cleanly. I provide a team of professional tradesmen who bring extensive expertise and experience to each project.

At the time of the initial phone query, general information about the project will be gathered and an appointment made to meet for a free consultation. During the consultation, the site will be assessed and measured and a further more detailed discussion of the job will take place. Options and recommendations will be provided as needed. We can provide the services of our in house architect if formal drawings or planning permission is required. If you choose Swords Building Contractors to carry out the work, the fee for the architects services will be deducted from the cost of the project. Once the consultation is concluded, we will source the materials and present a formal quote for the project. If approved, a scheduled start date will be agreed upon.
